Superfood Smoothie (600 cal!)

We took one of our favorite products from New Zealand (the backcountry smoothie!) and made it better. Boasting 500-600 calories and an optimum ratio of 70/15/15 (carbs/protein/MCT fats) this smoothie is choc full of all the simplicity and goodness you've come to expect from 4HF. Loaded with BCAAS, electrolytes, multiple carb sources and only good (cognitive enhancing) fats - this is the "meal" that can keep you going for a long time wether you are racing, climbing, or just out for a long fun day(s). Ultra Coffee has 250mg caffeine, Mocha and Vanilla Latte have approx 150mg caffeine per serving, and Dreamsicle, Berry, and Naked (Which is actually pure (coco)nut flavored) are caffeine free.

Packaged as powder in a resealable and reusable spouted pouch, you only add water when you need it - then shake, knead and drink. Once it's mostly empty, we suggest adding some more water, shaking again and getting all those bits of goodness into your tummy!
